Aggie –
Just finished lesson 2 and loving it. Every girl should carry a torch at night. I tried on my hubbie and he couldn’t see me for a good 30 seconds.
LilLil –
Great course. Easy to follow.

Having done a self-defence course a few years ago I realised I had forgotten everything. This is perfect because I’m using the drills on the punchbag at the gym and they are really starting to feel like second nature. The stuff about how sexual predators choose their target is scary but really useful now I know it.
Lynnw –
Lessons nice and short and easy to follow. I feeling warriorup already lol
Jessiem –
Module 1 & 2 done. Impressed with the lessons and material so far though not sure the visualisation tool did anything for me.
Grace –
I had my doubts about what could be taught via an online course but very impressed. I’ve been able to learn a lot from the videos and the short reads are packed full of helpful ideas. Lesson 1 really made me think about how the mind can be our superpower!
Mia.j –
My friend recommended to me, now I’m recommended to everyone else. No experience of self-defence before but now I have some skills and still got half the course left to do.
YuYu –
I found when I moved to London. I feel safe on the train in night when i return to home.
Faygoods –
Genuinely surprised what’s in this course. The sexual predator and drink spiking stuff should be taught to every girl and women in the country. Gave myself a 2 in the scenario for the first lesson. Give myself a 7 now. Instructor responds quickly if you get stuck on something as well.
Priya85 –
Super easy to follow and feel my warrior awakened. I’ve already recommended to my colleagues.
Loopsie –
Some useful lessons and the instructor is good but I don’t think it can replace training in person.
Lisaloulou –
Just do it people. It’s brilliant and could actually save your life. Love the torch tactic, better than carrying my keys in my knuckles when I felt unsafe.
Natalie –
Warrior sistersā¦ to coin Nikeā¦JUST DO IT. Learnt so much, highly recommend.
Kat700 –
As my daughter turn 13, she is doing this. I feel to be more confident walking home at night now.
Michelle –
Great course and you get a response from the instructor when you ask a question in the chat.

This is AMAAAAAAZING. I am a bit of a course junkie but I have been known to not finish. This course is so easy to follow and i’m a massive fan of visualisation techniques, so this is such a bonus for me. I love how he encourages you to drill stuff while you make a cuppa.
Tessie –
Having been struck a few times whilst working as a nurse, the first lesson you learn is how to keep distance naturally and use calming hands. Iām hoping this will prepare me better if there is a next time. Thank you for a really useful course.
LizzieF –
Having done judo and karate as a kid this makes sense if you just want to learn something simple and quick. The tactical and mindset lessons are very useful and made me realise that I’ve had a situation in where a man has tried to guilt me into going on a date.
Frankie –
I tried to learn a few self defence from YouTube but realise now that some were not realistic. The teacher really gets you to use your body right to find more power and being under 5ft I need that.
Bea27 –
Finally – a self-defence course that is realistic. I have been searching for something like this for so long. Only on lesson 4 but I am hooked! Will review again when I’m finished.
Saxxie –
Right off I thought this was a game changer. Wasn’t sure about the first lesson in the kitchen but get how it is all about making the moves a habit. Love it when he gets down to the technique stuff but he does like to talk about stuff that I wonder if is that important like the law. I think if someone is attacking you I’m not going to care!
