Welcome to the WarriorUp Duke of Edinburgh Skills Award

Duke of Edinburgh Welcome

This program is designed to equip you with essential self-defence skills while fulfilling the Skills section of your Duke of Edinburgh Award. Below is an outline of the 20 core lessons you’ll need to complete. Each lesson includes a video tutorial and PDF reading material to ensure you gain both practical and theoretical knowledge.

Lessons are structured into four modules, with review lessons at the end of each module (Lessons 5, 10, 15, and 20). These reviews help reinforce what you’ve learned and provide an opportunity for reflection and progression.

To take your skills to the next level, you’ll have access to blaster drills and a visualisation process after each module. These powerful techniques help accelerate skill development and embed movements into muscle memory, ensuring they become instinctive life skills.

Upon enrolling, you will receive a personalised tracking sheet tailored to your chosen level (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). This will guide you through the resources and ensure you meet the required hours for your award.

Get ready to build confidence, stay safe, and develop skills that will last a lifetime!
