WarriorUp For Teens – Course Overview
What Is a Modern Warrior?
A modern warrior isn’t defined by brute force or battlefields.
They’re defined by what happens when things go wrong — and how they respond.
A warrior stays calm in chaos, sharp in uncertainty, and ready when it counts.
They don’t need to be the biggest or the loudest.
They train their mind and body to act with clarity — not panic — under pressure.
A modern warrior knows how to:
-
Trust their instincts
-
Set boundaries confidently
-
Use their environment and voice to de-escalate threats
-
Respond tactically when things escalate
They don’t just react — they respond with purpose.
This isn’t about strength for show. It’s about strength that protects, endures, and leads.
And WarriorUp is here to awaken that mindset — one decision at a time.
Lessons are structured into four modules, with review lessons at the end of each module (Lessons 5, 10, 15, and 20). These reviews help reinforce what you’ve learned and provide an opportunity for reflection and progression.
To take your skills to the next level, you’ll have access to habit stack sequences, blaster drills and a visualisation process after each module. These powerful techniques help accelerate skill development and embed movements into muscle memory, ensuring they become instinctive life skills.
Get ready to build confidence, stay safe, and develop skills that will last a lifetime!

Commit to 15 minutes a day.
That’s all it takes to build something life-changing — set a reminder or add it to your calendar.
Reward your consistency.
After each session, treat yourself to something you enjoy — a short walk, a favourite show, or a snack. You’ve earned it.
Start and end with visualisation.
Use the WarriorUp visualisation tool first thing in the morning or before bed to mentally lock in your skills.
Habit Stack for Success.

Train with a friend or family member.
Share the journey! Compete, motivate, and check each other’s technique — it makes learning more fun (and effective).
