Learn how to move with balance and speed — controlling distance, staying stable, and setting up every technique with confidence.

Discover the science behind generating maximum speed and strength, giving you the ability to overcome even larger attackers.
3. Train Smarter, Not Harder
Use innovative drill patterns that build muscle memory fast, so your skills become instinctive and ready under pressure.
4. Safe Progressive Pressure — “ABC: Always Be Climbing”
Train your mind to adapt, not freeze. Using our ABC approach you’ll safely apply increasing pressure to your new skills so you avoid hesitation and instantly escalate your techniques if something doesn’t quite work.
5. Practical, Scenario-Based Skills
Build skills step-by-step to handle the most common attacks: head strikes, shoves, slaps, grabs, being pinned against a wall, and even confrontations with multiple attackers. Each addition is practical, repeatable, and prioritised for real-world effectiveness.
6. Ongoing Support & Free Resources
Get free online resources that accelerate learning and lock techniques into muscle memory — drills, refresher videos, and mindset tools. We’ll also keep you updated with the latest physical, tactical, and mental strategies so you stay prepared for evolving threats.
7. Upgrade Sessions to Include Cardio and Toning
Accelerate your new self defence skills whilst getting fit “Fitness you can defend on!”. More details below.
The Format (60 or 90 minute sessions)

Choose the format that works for you. Book regular weekly sessions, or start with just two core sessions (minimum) and continue progressing with our online resources until you’re ready to step up again.
At Your School, College or University
We can deliver Bootcamps directly in your educational setting — all that’s needed is a hall or even a cleared classroom. Perfect for lunchtime sessions, before/after-school clubs, or enrichment programmes.
Private or Small Group
Train with family or friends in a comfortable setting — whether it’s your home, a local park, or a small studio (max 4 people). Personalised coaching, maximum attention.
At Your Workplace
Bring WarriorUp to your office for Wellness Wednesdays, staff training, or team days. Sessions can be tailored to your environment — for example, focusing on safe restraining techniques for staff who interact with the public.

Stage One
At the centre of an effective self-defence system is awareness, distance and timing; that’s why footwork plays a crucial role because it creates options – to close space, to evade, and to counter. When faced with an unexpected threat, fear and adrenaline can quickly take over. Learning to manage that internal surge is just as important as mastering physical skills. Through structured drills, we’ll connect mental composure with physical movement, helping you remain calm, agile, and focused, even when an opponent is larger or stronger. In this stage you will combine the 3 principles of power, a simplified blocking and striking system and fast fluid footwork to unleash a new level of capability and confidence.
Stage Two
After completing Stage 1, you have developed the ability to create space using improved awareness and agile footwork. You are able to defend your personal territory by leveraging the three principles of power. In Stage 2, the focus shifts significantly: instead of just creating space, you learn to confidently close it. This change reflects a significant increase in your confidence. Inevitably, an aggressor will look to come forward, even if you’ve sprung back into fortress ready position. With your warrior confidence you know you can move faster and close the space to your advantage. Usually they won’t expect this, so surprise becomes an added weapon.
