Habit Stack That New Skill To Success
Let’s be real — if you want a self-defence skill to work under pressure, it has to be simple, instinctive, and hardwired into your muscle memory.
Confrontation is stressful. Your body floods with hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, which can cloud thinking and slow reactions. That’s why complex techniques often fail — and simple, well-practised responses succeed.
In this video, we revisit the sequence you learnt during the workshop and show you how to lock it in using our powerful self-development method: habit stacking.
To elevate your warrior instincts and live the ABC mindset (Always Be Climbing), make this drill part of your daily routine. Your future self will thank you.
Life Is More Precious Than A Phone, Trainers Or Ego
Remember what you learnt in the workshop — your phone can be backed up, insured, and most importantly, screen-locked and remotely wiped.
There is absolutely no need to cling to it during a mugging. Your safety is worth far more.
Instead, stay calm and subtly focus on observing key details about the mugger — their appearance, voice, clothing, any noticeable marks, and their direction of travel. Hand over the phone without resistance, escape to safety, then act fast and smart: remote-lock and wipe the device, and report the incident to the police with your detailed description and exact location.
This approach gives you the best chance of both protecting your data and helping bring violent offenders to justice — the warrior way: clear-headed, strategic, and strong.
Use the videos to plan ahead and set up your phone (and help your family and friends do the same), so if it’s ever stolen, the criminals don’t win — you stay one step ahead.
